Board Meetings are usually held the last Monday each month at 6 PM in the Clubhouse. Residents are welcome to meet and discuss items with the Board at the start of the meeting. Please call Elite Management Services at 937.262-7645 to confirm date and times of meetings.

GLV Residents – Calling Once, Calling Twice - New Volunteer Opportunity
Over the past year, the GLV HOA board has tried to be more proactive in its communications with the residents. I believe that a vital part of our communication strategy includes the formation and effective operation of a committee system to aid the board on several fronts: 1) It will improve the level of communication between the residents we serve and the board; and 2) it will provide a source of board renewal as residents who become involved in committees have an opportunity to develop an understanding of what the board does through their committee involvement. These same residents may then want to run for the board in the future thus assuring an adequate supply of candidates in the pipeline as current board members leave the board over time.
