Chuck and his wife, Faye, have lived in Greenleaf Village since 1989. Chuck is an attorney, practicing in Dayton with the law firm of Flanagan , Lieberman, Hoffman & Swaim, where he is a partner. Faye is a conference coordinator for Universal Technology Corporation, a defense contractor. They have two children and five grandchildren living in Kettering.
Chuck and Faye are members at Sycamore Creek Country Club and are avid golfers (at least Chuck is). They also enjoy boating and love to travel.
Chuck has served on the Board since 1997 and has strived to maintain Greenleaf Village as a first class community. “His goals for the future are to increase the number of community activities and to secure more volunteers to assist in the management of the community.”
Kevin has been a resident of GLV since 2013. He resides here with his wife Lisa and three children Chris, Nate and Livvy who attend Springboro schools.
Kevin is a graduate of Wright State University with a Masters degree in Information Systems and a Masters degree in Economics. He was employed by LexisNexis for almost 15 years and worked on their data warehouse. He is now in management at CareSource in downtown Dayton. In addition, he is an Adjunct Faculty at Wright State in the Economics Department.
In his spare time, one of the things that he enjoys is coaching both of his son’s basketball teams.
Kevin joined this group to help improve communications among the residents within our fine community through various channels including the website.
My name is Dale Brunner. I started working for the YMCA of Greater Dayton in 1992, and became the President/CEO in 2014. My family moved to Settlers Walk in 1999 and into Greenleaf Village in 2017.
In addition to the YMCA, I serve as a city council member in Springboro, Cook Family Fun Day fundraiser, board member of Pink Ribbon Girls, Learn to Earn board member and Warren County Foundation board member. I became a board member for Greenleaf Village so I could give back to the community I live in.
Moulee and his wife Hamsika moved to Greenleaf Village in 2020. Moulee was elected as a board member in 2021. He joined the board to be an active member of the community and serve the homeowners in maintaining high standards of the community with proper utilization of the dues. He is leading the Architectural committee with Tad. He is also assisting Dale, Anton and Kevin on the Social committee.
Moulee serves as Technical Service Manager at Magris Talc, global leader in high performance and high purity Talc products. Before joining Magris Talc, Moulee served as R&D Materials Engineer at The AZEK Company responsible for the TimberTech brand Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) deck product line. Hamsika serves as the Senior Software Design Engineer in Test at R&L Carriers, one of the leaders in North American Transportation market. She is responsible for creating and testing automation scripts for the R&L Carriers website.
Moulee and Hamsika graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Masters in Aerospace Engineering. Moulee is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and also has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. Hamsika also has a Bachelors in Avionics. Moulee and Hamsika like to travel, hike and go on long walks in their free time.
